Detailed Travel Itinerary


Day 1 :Arrive Delhi
Arrive at New Delhi Internation. Our executive will be there to recieve. Drive to the hotel. You can relax at your hotel or ask our executive to plan a tour of Delhi depending on your schedule of arrival. Stay overnight at Delhi.

Day 2 :Delhi - Agra (200 kms - 4 or 5 hrs) Taj Mahal remain Closed on Fridays
Morning at about 08:00 hours drive to Agra. Check in at your hotel. After lunch proceed for half day guided tour of Agra visiting Red Fort of Agra which inhouses centuries old red sandstone buildings naming Pearl Mosque, the Halls of Public and Private Audience etc. Later visit the Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daullah built by Empress Noor jehan in memory of her father. Overnight stay at Agra.

Day 3 : Agra - Jaipur (250 kms - 5 hrs)
Early morning at 06:30 hours visit Taj Mahal, which is the best time to click most beautiful pictures of this architectural marvel. After breakfast drive to Jaipur, visiting Fatehpur Sikri on the way. Evening visit local markets. Overnight stay at Jaipur

Day 4 : Jaipur
At 09:00 hours start your local tour of Jaipur, begining with Amber Fort which was ancient capital before foundation of modern city. Here you have option to cover short distance of about 1 km by riding on elephant back which is really a regal experience. After lunch drive back to the Jaipur city and visit splendid city palace complex showcasing huge collection of antique oblects. Later visit Jantar Manatar, an astronomical observatory built 300 years ago by Maharaja of Jaipur. Overnight stay at Jaipur.

Day 5: Jaipur- Jodhpur (360 Km 7 hrs)
After breakfast drive to Jodhpur, the suncity or blue city of Rajasthan. Enroute Visit Pushkar known world wide for camel fair held here in the month of october - november. Pushkar is also famous for its Brahma temple and sacred lake. Arrival at Jodhpur and transfer to hotel. Evening visit to Mandore - an ancient town before foundation of Jodhpur, here lies cenotaphs of royal family of Jodhpur. overnight at Jodhpur

Day 6 : Jodhpur to Jaisalmer (290 KM 5 Hrs)
Ater Breakfast half day guided city tour of Jodhpur visiting Ummed palace - beautiful palace built with yellow sandstone. Mehrangarh fort - one of the most magnificent fort of rajasthan constructed with red sandstone with very fine stone carving work. Visit Jaswant Thada, the royal crematorium located just below Mehrangarh fort. After lunch drive to Jaisalmer the Golden city. Evening arrival and check in to your accommodation at desert camps. Take camel ride over vast sand dunes. Enjoy live folk and cultural programs with your dinner. Overnight at Swiss tent on dunes near Jaisalmer.

Day 7 : Jaisalmer
At 09:00 hours start for city tour of Jaisalmer visiting Sonargarh, one of the oldest fort rising out of massive sand dune. Historical buildings of Jaisalmer are mostly made up of yellow sandstone done with very fine carving work. Visit some popular havelis and site of Royal cenotaphs known as Bara Bagh. Overnight at your hotel in Jaisalmer.

Day 8 : Jaisalmer to Bikaner (350 Km 6 Hrs)
Morning drive to Bikaner, another another desert town in Rajasthan. Visit beautiful Gajner Palace located about 35 km from Bikaner towards Jaisalmer. Overnight at Bikaner.

Day 9 : Bikaner to Mandawa
After breakfast set out on half day guided tour of Bikaner visiting ancient Junagarh fort and camel breeding farm. After lunch drive to Mandawa a Shekhawati village amidst sand dunes popular for beautiful castle and havelis. Overnight stay at heritage hotel in Mandawa.

Day 10 : Mandawa to New Delhi
Morning visit various havelis of Mandawa mostly built by then wealthy merchants. Later drive to Delhi. Evening arrival and check in to hotel. Overnight stay at Delhi.

Day 11 : Delhi to Onward Journey
Drop at airport as per the flight schedule to mark the end of your memorable Rajasthan desert safari tour including golden triangle.
